All recipe use the metric system when not explicitly done otherwise.
A summary of all other special notation and metrics follows.
- Cooking times are given in minutes using the notation x' for x minutes
- Baking temperatures are given in Celsius
- tbsp means tablespoon and it contains 22g of salt (or equivalent)
- tsp means teaspoon and contains 8g of salt (or equivalent)
- gl means glass and is contains 125ml of water (or equivalent)
- EVOO means Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it is the standard for all recipe
- When not indicated, free-range eggs are assumed
Please note that all cooking times refer to an electrical ventilated oven.
Tutte le ricette sono date con misure in formato metrico se non indicato diversamente sulla ricetta.

- Se non indicato diversamente la ricetta usa Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva
- Uova sono normalmente grandi (70g-80g) se non indicato diversamente
E' importante notare che le temperature si riferiscono ad un forno elettrico ventilato.
