Banana muffin bread

280g self-rising flour
50g superfine sugar
8g vanilla sugar
50g butter
2 egg
200ml half-fat milk
30g dark chocolate
30g milk chocolate
3 bananas

How-to:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Halve and slice the bananas
2. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk milk, a pinch of salt, eggs and melted butter together in a bowl. Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate coarsely crumbled and the bananas.
3. Grease a baking tin with some margarine and spread batter into it. Bake for 40’-50’ or until toothpick comes out clean of flour moisture. Cool down before serving.
